Our Kitchen
Quattro is reflective of our passion for handcrafted food, offering a menu that showcase micro-regional Italian cuisine, with dishes drawn from every region of the country. We work directly with local growers and suppliers to secure the majority of our ingredients, from fresh produce to meats, fish, pastas, cured meats & fresh cheeses. Similarly, our extensive wine list showcases handpicked selections of Italian vintages along with smaller California vineyards that pair perfectly with our menu.
